The Truth on Global Warming and What We Can Do to Prevent It

Aren't we all alarmed by the fact that there are certain earth phenomenons that have been happening recently? Typhoons seem to be more large scaled and stronger. Hurricanes occur at places where there were no hurricanes before. Summers are hotter. Winters are colder. And didn't you notice that winter seem to come earlier than usual this year. It is time to take notice of the environment and read up on global warming and how we can do our share on minimizing its effect.
The truth of the matter is global warming is bound to happen at some extent. Just like what happened during the time when dinosaurs became extinct. But let's face it, we are contributing to the rise of that earth's temperature that leads to ice melting over at the antarctic region.
Some have already made a stand. Remember earth day that happened a few months back? All those who cared were not supposed to use any form of electricity for an hour that day. Some participated but there were still a vast majority that didn't. There are other ways to care such as less usage of car fuel, recycling, having a greenhouse at home, use of fluorescent lights and others.
These small steps if done together, will create an impact that will change what the future holds for us. Let us all do this together or not at all. A few sacrifices here and there will all be worth it if we want to save mother earth, ourselves and the generations to come.
